These replacement pads are ideal for keeping rust from building up on hubs, rotors, and brake drums. When allowed to build up, rust on these parts can lead to wobbling due to improper alignment, uneven brake wear and rotor runout, and rusted lug nuts that can lead to improperly secured tires that check as torqued but are still loose on the wheel. These pads feature a durable nylon web to scour away rust and built-up road grime without damaging steel rotors, hub assemblies, and brake components like a wire brush or wheel and without the hazards of chemical cleaners. Each pad has a hook and loop backing that holds them tightly to the drill / low speed buffer adapter while still allowing easy removal and replacement when worn.
