At STEELMAN Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your premium apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
